Door Kicking
Today at work the violent, mentally ill, criminal who lives next door to my hostel tried to kick the door down. I used my body to hold the door closed for 9 minutes until the police arrived, as it looked like the lock wouldn't hold up to the constant pounding it was getting. It was the most distressing thing that has happened in my current job.

This week I sported a moustache. I didn't think it looked good, but I wanted to proof to myself I had the balls to do it. Sadly, nobody cared.

Today I went to an excellent museum in St Helens called World Of Glass. I learned that the furnace used in glass blowing is called a "glory hole".
